Canon & Governance

The Canon & Governance framework exists to preserve coherence, authority, and enforceability across the Onegodian Galaxy™.

It defines what is real, what is permitted, and how order is maintained—without coercion, contradiction, or drift.

This page is the source of truth for all canon rules and governance logic.

Canon is not narrative preference. Canon is execution-layer law.

The PR / ODIN-PR Registry is the sole authority for:

• Planetary classification
• Naming rights
• Category separation
• Canon lock status

Any asset, page, or product not registered is non-canon.

Canon is globally non-reusable across all categories.

planet ≠ realm ≠ moon ≠ species ≠ lineage ≠ individual ≠ event

No overlap. No exceptions.

Governance in the Onegodian Galaxy™ is recognition-based, not force-based.

• Authority is inherent, not imposed
• Compliance is structural, not behavioral
• Correction replaces punishment
• Alignment replaces enforcement

Decisions propagate through origin logic, not votes, pressure, or majority rule.

The galaxy operates through layered execution, each with a defined scope:

1. Canon Layer — Names, classifications, locks
2. Governance Layer — Rules, boundaries, permissions
3. Structural Layer — Planets, realms, moons, time systems
4. Operational Layer — Platforms, registries, access
5. Commercial Layer — Stores, licensing, monetization

Lower layers may not override higher layers.

• Names are unique and permanent
• Names cannot migrate between categories
• Retired names are never reused
• Subtitles describe function but do not create new entities

All names must be registered, canon-locked, and category-consistent.

Canon content may be licensed only within defined boundaries.

• Galaxy pages introduce canon (no commerce)
• Planet platforms operate canon (no cross-planet mixing)
• Planet stores monetize canon (no canon definition)

Unauthorized use, remixing, or misclassification is subject to license revocation.

Enforcement is structural and automatic.

• Non-canon content is excluded
• Misaligned assets are delisted
• Unauthorized derivatives are invalid
• Canon conflicts resolve upward to origin authority

There is no appeal through narrative argument or popularity.

All authoritative records are maintained through:

• ODIN Registry — Asset origin, ownership, jurisdiction
• PR Registry — Planetary and execution-layer bodies
• Canon Logs — Locks, updates, and declarations

If it is not recorded, it does not exist.

• Canon updates occur only through formal declaration
• Once locked, canon is immutable
• Additions may occur only in unused namespaces

Silence indicates stability, not absence.
